The Conneaut Health Department is responsible for public health, health education, environmental health, public health nursing, and vital statistics (birth & death certificates).
NOTE: Immunization days are Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 am - 11:30 am and 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Blood pressure checks will be done on Wednesdays
